About Us
Trinity House was built in 1859 using bricks that made it to our area as the ballast on a ship, originating from the Trinity neighbourhood of Edinburgh, Scotland. Over the decades, Trinity House has served multiple purposes - from a family home to a doctor’s office, but it officially became the “Trinity House Inn” in 1989. After an extensive 6-month renovation project, the Trinity has been revitalised and is ready to welcome guests and visitors to Gananoque and the 1000 Islands once more.

“What a fantastic Inn!!! Very very nicely decorated rooms, beautiful bathrooms, great common room with new pool table and lots of new board games that we could play with our kids in the evenings. All rooms brand new designed! Very good location and walking distance to everything: Restaurants, beach and the marina. Super friendly host who even brought us muffins in the morning. But please look at the photos of the rooms. What a great and tasteful ambiance!!! One of the most beautiful houses I have ever seen!”

Excellent location within walking distance of the 1000 Islands cruise ship pier and the small town center of Gananoque, with its local shops and restaurants. Definitely a very good option in the 1000 Islands area.
