• Early and late check-ins are subject to availability.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date incur no charges.
• Group bookings (2+ rooms) must be canceled at least 7 days prior to check-in to avoid charges.

Payment:

• No pre-authorization on cards at the time of booking.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to a $50 fee.
• Payments can be made via credit card, e-transfer, direct deposit, and payment gateway links.
• Taxes are applied as applicable at the time of reservation.
• Special offers are non-refundable and non-changeable. Guests should check room descriptions carefully before booking.

House Rules:

• No gatherings or parties are allowed in rooms. The hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants.
• In the event of a no-show, one night’s booking will be charged to the card on file.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests for behavior or any safety, security, or medical reasons. This includes failure to follow hotel rules, discrimination, or harassment towards other guests.
• Guests must not compromise the safety of the hotel at any time.
• Guests are expected to maintain neatness and hygiene.
• Hotel assets must be treated with care and not damaged. Charges may be levied for proven damages caused by guests.
• Guests with allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances to certain fabrics, materials, cleaning products, or foods should inform the hotel staff prior to arrival.
• We strive to provide a safe and secure environment and ask our guests to do the same.
• The hotel is not responsible for personal items lost, stolen, or misplaced due to guest actions.
• The hotel is not liable for damage to vehicles in the parking area.
• The company reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.

Liability:

• While we strive to ensure satisfactory reservation arrangements, the hotel is not liable for any financial loss, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbances, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire, floods, acts of God, government actions, regulatory changes, machinery or equipment failures, maintenance requirements, or industrial action.

General Provisions:

• By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel’s Standard Terms and Conditions in respect of their reservation / stay at the Hotel.
• You further agree that the General Terms and Conditions as provided on the website www.thehoteldiplomat.com shall constitute the binding agreement between yourself and Hotel Diplomat in relation to any and all commercial arrangement including reservation, stay, payment, usage of facilities, etc. of whatsoever nature.
• The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
• Guest voluntarily agrees and permits the Hotel representatives to profile the guest from the public domain to ascertain the details of the guest and render adequate hospitality services to them during their stay in the hotel.
• The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation and your stay in the Hotel.
• The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
• The Hotel does not accept any liability for any failure by the Hotel to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
